XTREME training delivers a combination of Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Balance, and Core Strength. Every performance aspect of your sport will be emphasized.
You can receive training at the same facility professional athletes like, superstars Osi Umenyiora, Hines Ward, and Jamal Lewis train at five to six days a week.
