What is XPE Performance Training? Training which is specifically geared for middle and high school students who want to develop and fulfill their athletic potential and increase their personal performance, no matter what the sport.
Just like XTREME training for the pros, Performance training delivers the same combination of Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Balance, and Core Strength.
You will receive training at the same facility of professional athletes, like superstars Osi Umenyiora, Hines Ward, and Jamal Lewis. Athletes with Performance training typically train 2-3 times per week.
