Small Group Training led by Degreed (Bachelors and/or Masters) and Certified Exercise Physiologists Generic Personal Training Certifications possessed by many
No extended contracts; cancellation with 30 day notice Long, extended gym membership contracts impossible to cancel
<$10/ session if you workout 3 times a week ($100/ month for unlimited training) >$50/ session ($600/ month if you train 3 times a week)
